Stylage XXL MEPIVACAINE is used to increase or restore facial volumes (the oval of the face, cheeks, slight ptosis and facial lypodystrophies) for the filling of deep wrinkles (injection in the subcutaneous or deep dermis).

With this new formulation, patient comfort is improved by the addition of a local anesthetic, mepivacaine.

Mepivacaine belongs to the same family as lidocaine, it has been on the market since 1964 and is widely used, particularly in dentistry, as it’s a safe and well-known anesthetic. Just as effective as lidocaine, mepivacaine induces less vasodilation.
